After graduation I worked as an independent contractor creating logos for small businesses through Arteis. Although my feelings towards logo farms have changed, I feel like it was a good experience to have had early on in my career. Personally, I spent the time to create art that I felt was truly appropriate for the end client, taking my hourly rate down to almost nothing on more than one occassion. Due to the competition-based nature of the projects, a lot of the logos displayed here never made it past the first round.
